From our oven to your freezer to your plate — here's exactly how the whole thing works.
1. Order online
Pick your pies and sausage rolls, choose singles or boxes, and add them to your order. Quick, no fuss.
2. We bake & freeze
We bake a fresh batch and snap-freeze it at its peak, so it bakes up like it was made this morning.
3. Delivery or pickup
Ryan delivers across central Vancouver by motorcycle, or collect frozen from our farmers'-market stall.
4. Bake at home
Straight from frozen into a hot oven. About 30 minutes later: golden, flaky, piping-hot pies.

Ryan runs the delivery route on the motorcycle — it's genuinely his favourite part. Here's the lay of the land:
- Minimum order: $40.00 (TODO confirm)
- Delivery fee: $7.00 — free over $80.00
- Delivery days: Thursday & Friday
- Lead time: about 2 days — we bake to order

Order online, choose your market and date at checkout, and collect frozen from the stall. Pre-orders skip the queue and never sell out.
Baking, the easy bit
No thawing, no fuss. Straight from frozen into a preheated oven at TODO°C (TODO°F) for about TODO minutes, until deep golden and piping hot. Rest five minutes, then dig in. (Exact times land on every box.)
